It's an overall kinda ok vape store. My second shopping experience I bought 3 items. 1 box of 3 vape tanks & 2 vape juices. Each item had a problem. 1st I bought a box of the 3 vape tanks. The box only had 2. 2nd the vape juice I purchased was the wrong mg. They never even apologized for the inconvenience. Then when I got home one of the vape juices expired. When I went back to ask for a refund &/or exchange the employee refused. I can't believe I had a problem with my entire purchase!!!!

I was in this evening and Rory was absolutely the BEST!!! Was very informative and honest. My mod suddenly stopped working, explained my issue with the screw in coils and never getting it right. Found a new mod and couldnt be happier. He was just FANTASTIC!!!!!

I was just pleasantly surprised by this shop yet again. Upon calling & visiting numerous other vape/smoke shops, I continue to be let down because they never have what I need....ever. Uvape Colchester AND Willimantic have had every single item I've ever needed, literally, in the last 4+yrs that I've been vaping. Lesson learned, I'm not even going to bother going anywhere else.

Excellent staff and friendly atmosphere. Always ready to help, fix or just suggest. Never an issue returning unused stuff and swapping for the right one. Even faulty manufacturer equipment can be replaced. Don't try to get over on these guys because I'm sure they have seen and heard it all. Very honest people. A pleasure to deal with. They own ME.

This place is rad! Was not what I was expecting in Colchester. Went in looking for nic salt and pods for a NovoX. They had a great selection and the best part - they had a binder with all the nic salt products to flip through on the counter. Usually when I go into a vape shop I have to squint at the tiny font on all the little boxes behind the counter and it makes it impossible to just browse what they have. Not here - the product binder was genius. Felt like I was at a vinyard looking through a fine wine list. Other perks - staff person was super friendly and helpful. There was a cool dog hanging out greeting people. And, they had a pool table, foosball and lots of comfy seating. A+. I would expect to find a place like this in a hip Chicago neighborhood or near a college campus. Will definitely come again.

i went in and was assisted by a very nice and knowledgeable man named Josh. I had a very frustrating issue with my coil, and he knew the answer right away. Not only did he fix the issue, he also gave me tips on how to use my new coils as well as a great deal on a bottle of juice and a 5 pack of coils. Thanks Josh!

Very welcoming, they have cool couches bar stools and tv's , makes yoy want to stay for a while. staff is always nice and they know everything about their products and even about stuff they don't carry.

Nicest vape shop i have ever been into. This is easily the nicest one in town too. Staff is very welcoming, super helpful, supportive, and very friendly. This is the only place i have been that doesnt get annoyed with my many questions as i am new to the vaping world and dont know much. They have spent a good amount of time to assist in finding flavors that i like. They offer great prices as well as student discounts too! This is my go to shop for all of my vaping needs. I highly recommend this shop for anyone who is looking to fulfill their vaping needs.
